Missouri Connections Academy is operated and authorized in partnership with the Sturgeon R-V School District, which has contracted with Connections Academy® to provide its educational program and other services for students in grades K–12. The district representative is Superintendent Dustin Fanning, dfanning@sturgeon.k12.mo.us.

Missouri Connections Academy is operated and authorized in partnership with the Louisiana School District, which has contracted with Connections Academy® to provide its educational program and other services for students in grades 7–11. Grade 12 will be available starting the 2025-26 school year. The district representative is Superintendent Dr. Tom Ward, wardt@louisiana.k12.mo.us.
Offering families a high level of flexibility with virtual learning, both of our Missouri online school programs offer the same services, teachers, resources, and high-quality curriculum to students throughout the state. Students do not need to live in the Sturgeon R-V or Louisiana districts to attend. In addition, the official names of the Missouri Connections Academy schools are: Missouri Connections Academy—Sturgeon R-V or Missouri Connections Academy — Louisiana. The names on the Missouri Connections Academy website and in promotional materials have been slightly modified to conform to a standardized naming convention.
